PREPARE YOUR TEAM TO RESPOND

Emergency situations don't always happen in ideal conditions.

Hospitality and tourism employees may be the people nearby when a guest, coworker or member of the public becomes ill or injured. Training provides your team with practical skills they can draw on while emergency medical assistance is being activated or awaited.

Upon successful completion, participants receive an EFR e-certification card, with skills recommended to be refreshed every 24 months.
